Properly Cleaned

After plucking the matured Rudraksha beads from the tree, which will be green in color, it will be washed in plain water and will be stored in a container. After few days (depends on the maturity of bead) it will become VIOLET in color and we call it as Rudraksha Fruits. Using knife we have to take out the Rudraksha beads from the fruit and should be washed properly using plain water and we will keep it in the sun light and we call it as raw Rudraksham.

Properly Purified

After drying the raw Rudraksha in the sunlight, it is purified properly. Choosing an auspicious day for purification can amplify the benefits of Rudraksha beads. So that I will select Mondays, which are dedicated to Lord Shiva. Additionally, I used to purify on some auspicious days like Mahashivratri, full moon (Purnima), and new moon (Amavasya). Saisivam rudraksham are purified through these steps. Using room-temperature water, the dried raw Rudrakshams are put in a small bowl. Place the Rudraksha beads in the bowl of water and let them soak for 30 minutes. This helps to remove any surface dirt and impurities. After soaking, the rudraksham beads are gently rubbed with fingers chanting Aum Namasivaya, while they are still submerged. After that take the rudraksha from the bowl and rinse them thoroughly under running water to ensure all dirt is removed. Using a soft cloth to pat the beads dry. Making sure they are completely dry before proceeding to the next step.

Treated with Nalpamaram

It was scientifically proved that the Rudraksham beads have electro magnetic Property. In order to enhance EM power of Rudraksha, Saisivam Rudrakshas are put it in the Nalpamara Khasayam (Made using Nalpamara powder) Nalpamaram powder is prepared from four different plants such as Aththi, Ethi, Arayal and Peral. Nalpamaradi Powder is an ayurvedic medicine. The water is boiled with nalpamara powder, after the boiling process, once the water acquire the room temperature it will become nalpamara Kashayam and Saisivam Rudrakshas are put in this khasayam for 10 to 21 days continuously. The Aura of Rudraksha will be very bright ,if it is put it in the nalpamara kashayam.

Conditioning through treatment with natural oil

After 21 days Saisivam Rudraksham is taken out from the Nalpamara Khasayam and washed properly using plain running water and kept under sunshine for a few hours just to make it dry. After that Saisivam rudrakshas are put in the gingerly oil for 21 days. Rudraksha beads are often put in oil, or ghee, as a way to “condition” them, which helps to prevent them from becoming brittle and cracking over time, essentially extending their lifespan and preserving their integrity; this practice is considered important in maintaining the quality of the beads and is part of the traditional care for Rudraksha malas.

Key points about conditioning Rudraksha with oil are

(a) Prevents cracking: The natural oils absorbed by the Rudraksha help to keep them pliable and resistant to cracking, especially in dry environments.

(b) Improves longevity: Regularly conditioning with oil can significantly extend the life of your Rudraksha beads.

(c) Symbolic meaning: In some spiritual traditions, applying oil is seen as a way to nourish and energize the beads, enhancing their spiritual potency.

Treated with Sun beams

After soaking the beads for 21 days in gingerly oil, they are taken out from the pot, after gently wiping off excess oil and will make the beads air dry completely. Then Saisivam rudrakshams are treated with sun beams. A Sun beam is a ray of sunlight that emanates from the sun. Saisivam Rudrakshas are treated with sun beams in the evening for improving its quality. In the evening it is kept in sunlight for 3 to 4 days. Sunlight plays a vital role in regulating our internal cycle known as circadian rhythm. It also plays a vital role in the water cycle, as it causes evaporation from bodies of water. Sunlight is essential for maintaining our life in the body Crepuscular rays, sometimes colloquially referred to as god rays, are sunbeams that originate when the Sun appears to be just above or below a layer of clouds, during the evening period. Crepuscular rays are noticeable when the contrast between light and dark is most obvious.

And despite the fact that it sometimes seems to shine very brightly, the moon reflects only between 3 and 12 percent of the sunlight that hits it. Luminescence is caused by the movement of electrons into different energetic states. Sai sivam rudrakshams are properly luminescent which provides hundred percent positive energy responses (sometimes better than direct sun rays). Luminescence also provides a linear response, with a dose up to 1 Gy, and has resistance to high humidity and high magnetic fields.
